Interventions

The participants were received treatment with Core stabilization exercise (CSE) applied from the treatment approaches of Puntumetakul and colleague (2013). CSE will be done 30&#45
minute sessions&#44
3 sessions per week up to 4 weeks by a researcher and will be asked to perform 15 minutes home exercises every day with recording the details of practice (duration and pain level) in the log sheet ove
stages of CSE: The first stage (weeks 1&#45
accentuate to correctly isolated low&#45
load activation of the TrA and LM with an abdominal drawing&#45
in maneuver (ADIM) technique in prone lying and supine positions and then co&#45
contraction of these muscles will be trained. The second stage (weeks 3&#45
4)&#44
the participant can accurately perform co&#45
contraction of the TrA and LM and control movements of upper and lower extremities in heavier loading positions. Each exercise of the program will be repeated 10 times&#44
10 sec holds&#44
and 5&#45
min will be set for resting interval. ,The participants were received a general strengthening exercise (STE) program&#44
that activate erector spinae muscles and abdominis muscles for extension and flexion&#44
respectively. This program was applied from Koumantakis et al. 2005 which curtail exercise for 8 weeks to 4 week. The program will be progress based on individual performance. Each exercise of the pro
min will be set for resting interval.
