Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -age more than 18 -trigger finger gr I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -symptoms more than 6 months -previous steroid injection -allergy to triamcinolone and lidocain -Dm, autoimmune or inflamatory arthritis -history of trauma of affected digits
