The participants in this group will be 20 to 30 years old&#44
cognitively normal (MMSE>24)&#44
and without any considerable history of neurological or cardiac disease. ,The participants in this group will be 65 to 80 years old&#44

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) young adults age between 20 and 30 y/o (2) older adults age between 65 and 80 y/o (3) Mini mental status examination (MMSE) > 24 points (4) Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) > 26 points as healthy and < 26 as MCI (5) Walk independently (without assistive devices) for at least 10 m

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unstable medical conditions (2) MMSE < 24 (3) Neurological&#44; cardiac disease&#44; or learning disability (4) Ongoing regular aquatic exercise program (5) Contraindication for exercise and hydrotherapy
