Interventions

The intervention group will receive text messages via smart phone which the content is related to self care during pregnancy. The messages will be send every Monday and Thursday&#44
10 am&#44
from the first Monday of 13 wk gestational until 40 wk gestational or having a birth . ,The control group will receive usual recommendation from antenatal clinic&#44
no receiving text messages.

Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Female
Age
20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ages greater than 20 years First time mother First ANC no more than 12 weeks Pre pregnancy BMI = 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 No chronic illness, or psychological disease before pregnant Write and read Thai fluently Plan to give a birth at the same hospital that they visit antenatal care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed of twin pregnancy Give a birth another hospital and can not follow case
