Interventions
The intervention group will receive text messages via smart phone which the content is related to self care during pregnancy. The messages will be send every Monday and Thursday,
10 am,
from the first Monday of 13 wk gestational until 40 wk gestational or having a birth . ,The control group will receive usual recommendation from antenatal clinic,
no receiving text messages.

Sex/Gender
Female
Age
20 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ages greater than 20 years First time mother First ANC no more than 12 weeks Pre pregnancy BMI = 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 No chronic illness, or psychological disease before pregnant Write and read Thai fluently Plan to give a birth at the same hospital that they visit antenatal care unit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed of twin pregnancy Give a birth another hospital and can not follow case
