Participant perform conventional prophylactic oral exercise daily (5 days/week) during radiotherapy.,Participant blow the pipe with resistant 25 times/day and perform conventional prophylactic oral ex

20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed by ENT doctor as head and neck cancer. Doctor allow to have oral diet without NG tube or PEGs. Have intact oral muscle movement and sensation. Not on palliative care. Remain conscious and legible. Consent to participate the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Performed total laryngectomy. Performed tracheostomy. Doctor indicate risk for performing expiratory muscle strength training. Doctor indicate risk for performing Valsava maneuver. Have a history of respiratory system disease or uncontrolled hypertension. Having previous swallowing problem from other disease. Unable to perform 80 percents of the exercise times. Unable to continue the exercise or deceased.
