Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes on simvastatin up to 20 mg/day, LDL<100 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergic to atorvastatin, chronic kidney disease, atherosclerotic vascular disease, active liver disease
