15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female with Schizophenia, Major depression, Suicidal drive, Bipolar disorder, Affective disorder, Organic psychosis 2. ASA I-II 3. age 15 - 65 yrs 4. Patients were completely treated with continuous ECT, having the duration of seizure threshold 25-60 sec.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe diseases e.g. uncontrolled heart diseases, Pheochromocytoma, arrhythmias, aneurysm, or on pacemaker. 2. cerebral tumor 3. vertebral osteoporosis or fracture 4. repeated ECT more than once
