Interventions
There was 162 teeth for class I restorations Clinical information regarding caries lesion and related factors were collected. Dental models were prepared from additional silicone impressions. For all
soft caries was removed by spoon excavator and then were restored with GIC (Fuji IX GP capsule,
GC Corp.,
Japan) by dental therapists as part of the ongoing regular project. Caries lesions dimensions were measured. Clinical examination for ART scores was conducted at 6-
month follow-

Inclusion criteria: Healthy child aged 3-5 years-old co-operative behavior participants in the progect present dental caries for SMART class I and II restorations
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: participants don't cooperative during treatment
