Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male to female transgender after sex reassignment surgery in King Chulalongkorn memorial hospital 2. At least 18 years old 3. Participate to this study 4. Well communicate in Thai 5. regular sexual intercourse at least 2 time per month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior sex reassignment surgery before 3 month 2. No sexual intercourse with in 4 weeks 3. Any psychiatric problem 4. Any psychiatric drug used in 4 weeks 5. Partner have sexual dysfunction
