Bleeding on probing(BOP) at 3 mm and clinical attachment level (CAL) > mm or alveolar bone loss, Bleeding on probing ≥20 % of the sites and no sites with probing depth and clinical attachment level
CAL of 4≥mm&#44
BOP at ≥80 % of the proximal sites and radiographic evidence of interproximal bone loss

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemic healthy, non smoker, those who had not take antibiotic/anti-inflammatory drugs,each half quadrant has at least two permanent teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with medical disorders such as diabetes mellitus, immunologic disorders, pregnant or nursing females, smokers and those who had antibiotic/anti-inflammatory drugs or periodontal therapy in the previous 6 months were excluded from the study
