Program exercise group have include 4 types such as reaction time exercise&#44
proprioception exercise&#44
strength exercise and postural sway exercise. 60 minute per time 3 time per weeks total 12 week and follow up 12 week.,Stretching exercise in control group that have include upper and lower stretching

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Pre-frail -risk of fall have point since 0 - age 65 years up -gender both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria &#45; Immobility &#45; Bed bound &#45; Disability &#45; Severe audio and visual impairment &#45; Uncontrolled disease (Cancer and heart disease) &#45; Neurological disease (Stroke and Parkinson’s disease) &#45; MMSE score <23 &#45; Sever depression &#45; Drugs (Psychotropic high dose) &#45; Chronic alcoholism &#45; Other research exercise
