Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be recruited healthy female without an immune disorder, chronic disease, family history of cancer and the negative result in colonoscopy examination. For breast cancer patients, all cancer cases will be staged according to the revised TNM classification criteria by the pathologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have an immune disorder, chronic disease, family history of cancer and the positive result in colonoscopy examination.
