Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Physician review the diagnosis of IPF patients during the last 6 months before inclusion, based upon recent ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT guidelines 2011 2. Age ≥ 40 years 3. Thai nationality with fluency in Thai conversation 4. Signed informed consent 5. Patient with further follow-up possible with enrolling investigator during planned study period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung transplantation expected within the next 6 months 2. Inclusion in ongoing clinical trials 3. Cannot provide a signed informed consent and cannot be followed up by investigator within study duration
