Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Blood smear slides from patient who had asexual P.faciparum parasitemia of greater-than 5,000 parasite per microlitre at the time of enrollment 2 Blood smear slides from patients whose follow-up D42 occurred before July 2017 3 Blood smear slides from patient who signed study consents to store their specimens for future studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Blood smear slides with poor quality 2 Blood smear slides already used to train the Autoscope algorithms
