Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as primary Parkinson's disease (2)Hoehn and Yahr stages I to III (3)Stable use of Parkinson's disease drugs (4)ability to walk independently for at least 10 m without use of walking aids (5) a score of !24 on the mini- mental state examination (MMSE).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular, pulmonary, musculoskeletal, metabolic or other neurological diseases.
