In 40 cadaveric with prone position,
we carefully dissect in area of thigh and popliteal fossa of one leg per one cadaver. After we identify a Semimembranous,
Semitendinous,
Gastrocnimous and Biceps femoris muscle,
we will also identify a tibial and common peroneal nerve that separate from the main sciatic nerve. Then,
we clearly dissect the branch (articular and muscular branches) of tibial nerve and identify position of articular branch of tibial nerve in each cadavers for create a needle position for the articula
