Interventions

Transurethral enucleation of prostate gland was performed using Olympus system&#44
with standard TURP resectoscope.Start with cutting current through standard loop was used to incise the prostate apex just proximal to the verumontanum until the level of prostatic capsule was reached
start with cutting through from bladder neck to apex of prostate gland . Prostate Gland was resected until prostatic capsule.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Benign Prostatic hyperplasia Diagnosis by History and physical examination 2 one of following indication for surgery 2.1 failure of medication 2.2 recurrent urinary retention 2.3 persistent hematuria from Benign prostatic hyperplasia 2.4 Azotemia from lower urinary tract Obstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prostate cancer 2.patient with neurogenic bladder 3.Urethra stricture
