Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled for primary TKA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral neuropathic patient who has already taken methyl B12 or vitamin B complex prior to TKA 2. Patient diagnosed with spinal stenosis with sensory impairment of the lower extremity 3. History of peripheral vascular disorder such as atherosclerosis, Buerger's disease, chronic venous insufficiency 4. Current smoking during the past 12 months 5. History of corticosteroid intake at least 30 days before surgery, excluding intranasal and inhaled corticosteroid 6. Prior open knee surgery 7. History of radiation around the knee 8. History of receiving chemotherapy during the past 6 months 9. Patients whose occupation requires handling of mercury or mercuric compounds 10. Patients who experience common peroneal nerve palsy after TKA 11. Patients who have post-operative complication such as peri-prosthetic fracture, post-operative infection
