Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Children aged 5-18 years indicated for allergen-specific immunotherapy -Known case allergic rhinitis and may be with asthma/allergic dermatitis -Evidence of HDM sensitization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of received immunotherapy in the preceding 5 years or ongoing immunotherapy Uncontrolled asthma and severe atopic dermatitis Coexisting disease : -Malignancy -Active autoimmune disease -HIV infection -Cardiovascular diseases -Immunodeficiency -Anatomical defect of the nose
