Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: full thickness macular hole Age 60 or above Hole size >500 mcm by spectral domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT) Able to maintain prone position for 7 days at least
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: high myopic macular hole traumatic macular hole epimacular membrane vitreomacular traction previous retinal surgery ocular media opacity concurrent ocular disease advanced glaucoma
