Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertility 2. Age 18-45 yr 3. FSH, LH, Estradiol day 3 in normal physiological range 4. Normal cycle length in previous 3 cycle 5. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication to estrogen 2. Endometrial lesion such as polyp or synechiae 3. Previous use of drugs affecting the metabolism of estrogen such as Phenytoin, Rifampicin in previous 3 onths
