Interventions

The participants in the control group receive only kinesio tape for 60 minutes.The kinesio tape application over the quadriceps and tibialis anterior muscles of the participant’s both legs. For musc

shaped strips were used with 15&#45
35% tension to the quadriceps muscle. I&#45
type strips were used with 15&#45
35% tension to the tibialis anterior muscle. For functional correction&#44
Kinesio tape was applied with 50&#45
75% tension from proximal third of the tibia down to head of the metatarsal bone. ,The participants in the experimental group receive kinesio taping with mirror neurons stimulation based VCD program

5 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Children diagnosed of spastic diplegia aged 5-12 years with Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) level of 1-3. 2. The children can comply verbal instruction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any orthopaedic surgery or botulinum toxin injection in the past 6 month. 2. Epilepsy. 3. Cardiopulmonary compromise conditions. 4. Severe visual and hearing deficits. 5. Hypersensitivity reaction to kinesio tape
