dental caries prevention of occlusal surface in permanent first molars

opaque sealants will randomly place on each permanent first molar by well trained dentist. After 6 and 12 months&#44
other dentists evaluated the retention of sealed molars by using visual and tactile method,Clinpro sealants will place on the other permanent first molar in the same arch of experimental group (split

7 Years to 9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. permanent first molars in upper or lower arch that 1.1 deep pit and fissure 1.2 ICDAS 0-2 1.3 no history of sealant or any restoration 2. children with cooperative behavior and consent for treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dental cavitated caries ICDAS 3-6 2. Present of proximal caries that should be restore 3. enamel hypoplasia or fluorosis 4. partial eruption tooth and no adequate to control the moisture 5. Present of restorations or prior sealants on the teeth 6. permanent first molars in the same arch but very difference in anatomy 7. uncooperative children
