Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with slight to moderated stress urinary incontinence 2. Age between 40-60 years old 3. Body mass index between 18.5-30 kg/m2 4. No having been depression or anxiety 5. Able to understand the instruction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregnancy 2. Having diagnosed or showing signs of Malignancy 3. Showing signs of active urinary tract and vaginal infection 4. Having been received medications or medical/surgical interventions for stress urinary incontinence 5. Having been diagnosed or showing sign of neurological disease, psychiatric diseases, and musculoskeletal sign and symptoms 6. Receiving hormone replacement therapy 7. Receiving Anticholinergic/antimuscarinic, calcium blocker, antidepressant, laxative drug 8. Having been diagnosed with hypertension, heart disease, and Asthma
