Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 month postpartum with exclusive breastfeeding, and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having chronic disease, using a galactagogue herb or medicine, smoking, drinking, having twins, and being separated from their infant.
