Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -pregnant woman at age of 18-40 years old -cesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 cardiovascular disease 2 liver disease,renal disease 3 hypovolemic shock 4 drug allergy 5 active peptic ulcer 6 BMI >30 kg/m2 7 intervention refusal
