Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hyperpigmentation of STSG Procedure <1 yr Wound completely healed Size 18 cm2 - 48 cm2 (Limited by maximum dose of TXA) Age 18 - 60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concurrent use of whitening agent within 1 month before their entry into the study Pregnant , lactating mother Contraceptive pills at the time of the study or during the past year Inadequate follow-up
