Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hyperpigmentation of STSG Procedure <1 yr Wound completely healed Size 18 cm2 &#45; 48 cm2 (Limited by maximum dose of TXA) Age 18 &#45; 60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concurrent use of whitening agent within 1 month before their entry into the study Pregnant &#44; lactating mother Contraceptive pills at the time of the study or during the past year Inadequate follow&#45;up
