Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thalassemia patient with iron overload and have Echocardiogram report since 1 AUG 2016 until 31 DEC 2017 2. Age of 18 year old or over 3. Have T2* cardiac MRI within 1 month before or after echocardiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thalassemia patient without iron overload 2. The echocardiogram report not clear 3. Valvular heart disease 4. Medical history of valvular heart surgery 5. History of claustrophobia
