Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: knee osteoarthritis obese (BMI ≥25 kg/m2) had knee pain ≥5 able to walk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: skin lesion open wound contact dermatitis bowel/bladder incontinence severe medical problems interfere with walking; for example severe heart failure, severe back pain
