Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: training soccer at least 3x/week and at least 1 hour per session, not consuming any ergogenic supplements at least 1 week before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the subjects are being sick, injuried, and in medical treatment, as well as have a history of diabetes and high blood pressure, also have allergies to watermelon
