The standard of care instructions include: no pushing or pulling movements with arm on side of implant and no movements above the level of the shoulder for two weeks post implant.,The non-
restrictive arm movement,
instructed to do normal activity with pendulum exercise post implant.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects undergoing transvenous ICD or pacemaker implantation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior shoulder injury or surgery 2. Mastectomy on affected side 3. Cerebrovascular accident with ipsilateral arm involvement 4. Subjects who would not be able to come in for follow-up visits at one-month interval will also be excluded.
