Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable hemodynamics (systolic BP > 180 and/or 100 and/or 140 and/or 35/min or SpO2 7.55) 4. Contraindications for esopheageal balloon insertion (upper GI bleeding&#44; esophageal varices&#44; esophageal or gastric surgery within 3 months&#44; platelet < 50&#44;000 cu.mm.or coagulopathy) 5. Pregnant woman
