Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable hemodynamics (systolic BP > 180 and/or 100 and/or 140 and/or 35/min or SpO2 7.55) 4. Contraindications for esopheageal balloon insertion (upper GI bleeding, esophageal varices, esophageal or gastric surgery within 3 months, platelet < 50,000 cu.mm.or coagulopathy) 5. Pregnant woman
