Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years 2. Participant who has CKD stage 3-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic glomerulonephritis 2. Obstructive uropathy 3. Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease Alport's syndrome 4. Chronic pyelonephritis 5. Nephrotic range proteinuria > 3.5 g /day 4. Bodymass index > 35 or < 18 kg/m2 5. Aregnancy 6. Limb amputation or hemiparesis or paraparesis or quadiparesis 7. Active malignancy 8. Connective tissue disease 9. Active infection or > 10% of more than first degree active burn wound 10. Vigorous exercise more than 1 hour /day and more than 3 days /week 11. Participant who received counselling from renal dietitian with in 6 months 12. HIV infection 13. Urinary incontinence 14. Thyrotoxicosis 15. Weight loss more than 5% in last 3 months 16. Participants who have steroid medication or NSAIDs medication or Keto-analog or protein supplement
