Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) age 65 to 90 (2) at lease one of the five frailty index
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) unstable medical conditions interfering with participation in the exercise training and (b) diagnosis of dementia, psychosis, neurological, and cardiopulmonary disease (c) past history of seizure;(d) use of cardiac pacemaker; and (e) vision deficits
