Interventions
The IFC framework recommends four priority areas for action: developing capacities,
increasing awareness,
strengthening linkages and improving quality of care. After a participatory community approach (PCA),
interventions were identified under each recommended priority areas. The first key intervention is capacity development of women and their family members on care seeking behavior and BPCR. The second

promotion of human,
sexual and reproductive rights. The third key intervention is development of community-
organized transportation scheme. The fourth key intervention is improving quality of care through promoting community participation in quality-

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women who had a birth outcome in the 12 months preceding the survey and their husbands and family members will be considered as the primary study population. The secondary study population will be community health workers, heath service providers, and health managers responsible for MNH services.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with a history of abortion during 12 months preceding the survey will be excluded. We want to exclude abortions as they may not be eligible for the services such as 4+ANC, delivery or PNC which are key indicators for this study.
