4 mg of dexamethasone was injected in distal crestal bone of socket wound,4 mg of dexamethasone was injected in buccal vestibule at mandibular third molar area

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient is healthy, no systemic disease and allergy, no history of pregnancy and feeding 2.Patient presents mandibular third molar with mesioangular or horizontal bony impaction 3. Bilateral mandibular third molars are asymptomatic and present no pathology 4. Patient can be followed up 5. Patient consent to be participated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with history of anti inflammatory drug within 2 weeks
