Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 50 year Medial compartmental OA knee Range of motion: flexion > 90degree&#44; Flexion contracture < 15 degree Kellgran and Lawrence classification 2&#45;3 Femorotibial ankle : varus < 10 degree Could walk without gait aids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous knee surgery Previous steroid injection < 6 months Systemic arthritis Abnormal neurological function of lower limbs Poor medical condition that unsuitable for hip exercise
