Interventions

All subjects were instructed to rinse with 10 mL of oil using the provided measuring cup&#44
swish around the oral cavity for 8 minutes and then spit out the liquid. Nineteen subjects were asked to perform palm oil pulling daily in the morning after their routine oral hygiene care for 28 days
followed by 21&#45

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who have moderate to severe gingivitis, assessing by the Gingival Index (GI) (Löe & Silness, 1963), and agree to avoid from any dental treatment during study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are allergic to oil, undergoing an orthodontics treatment, smokers, using mouthwash and have history of systemic diseases.
