Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Children age 1 to 7 years - American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I - II - Undergoing elective unilateral open herniotomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Refuse regional block - Allergy to local anesthetics - Coagulopathy - Severe liver or renal disease - Infection at the injection area - Neurological abnormality or developmental disability eg. attention deficit, cerebral palsy
