Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age 15-75 years old - Patients diagnose acute cholecystitis - Not allergic to Cephalosporin or Metronidazole
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with acute cholecystitis grade III - Patients with acute cholangitis - Patients who receive ERCP - Malignancy - Pregnancy - Immunodeficiency
