Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age between 18 and 40 years - Flexible flatfoot - Diagnose flatfoot by doctor - Navicular drop test > 10 mm - Ankle dorsiflexion ≥ 10 degrees - Normal body mass index (18.5-22.9 kg/m2)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Foot and ankle pain, genu valgum, femoral anteversion, posterior tibialis tendon dysfunction, leg length discrepancy, diabetic mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, hypermobile joint, menopause, and neurological disorder within the past 6 months - Inability to understand or cooperate - Contraindications of electrical stimulation such as use of cardiac pacemaker and broken or irritated skin at the electrode site
