The subjects in short foot exercise group will receive short foot exercise and placebo NMES The approach of short foot exercise is similar to short foot exercise group. The subjects will able to atten
3 days per week for 4 weeks. Each repetition will be held for 5 seconds The placebo NMES will activate the abductor hallucis muscle. Before this muscle will be stimulated&#44

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age between 18 and 40 years - Flexible flatfoot - Diagnose flatfoot by doctor - Navicular drop test > 10 mm - Ankle dorsiflexion ≥ 10 degrees - Normal body mass index (18.5-22.9 kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Foot and ankle pain, genu valgum, femoral anteversion, posterior tibialis tendon dysfunction, leg length discrepancy, diabetic mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, hypermobile joint, menopause, and neurological disorder within the past 6 months - Inability to understand or cooperate - Contraindications of electrical stimulation such as use of cardiac pacemaker and broken or irritated skin at the electrode site
