Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertensive with impaired fasting glucose

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other concomitant diseases besides high blood pressure. Psychiatric disorders (e.g. depression) or alcohol or narcotics abuse Active treatment for malignancy renal impairment or ongoing renal dialysis Pregnant or lactating
