Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-metastasis, low-risk gestational trophoblastic disease treated with methotrexate Medical records available Maintain contact with the patient Informed consent permission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient who received combined methotrexate and other chemotherapy The patient who has contraindication for venipuncture The patient who loss to follow up or expire before study recruitment
