Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective case for surgery undergo to general anesthesia and receive non depolarizing muscle relaxant 2. Hypertensive patient with SBP 18 year old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Underlying hyperthyroid or any arrhythmia 2. Patient who receive Beta blocker 3. Pregnancy patient 4. Patient who Body Mass Index; BMI > 35 kg/m2 (morbid obesity)
