Transdermal Testosterone Gel 50 mg apply weekly with oral 1 mg estradiol valerate for 8 week
After 8 week,
women who had uterus took oral 10 mg Medroxyprogesterone acetate daily for 14 days
,Transdermal placebo gel apply weekly with oral 1 mg estradiol valerate for 8 week
After 8 week,
women who had uterus took oral 10 mg Medroxyprogesterone acetate daily for 14 days

40 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 40-60myears old postmenopausal women Sexually active Female sexual function index scores less than or equal to 26.5 willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Partner has sexual dysfunction current hormonal use or using hormone within past 1 year History of psychiatric disorders History of cancer or premalignant condition History of liver disease or elevated liver enzymes History of venous thromboembolism, cerebrovascular disease or cardiovascular disease
