Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult aged 18-60 years in muscle clinic, KCMH 2.Constant concomitant horizontal strabismus; defined as horizontal strabismus that angle of deviation does not change in different gaze position, and the deviation can be noticed at all time. 3.Angle of deviation equals to or more than 10 prism diopters 4.Difference of near and distance angle of deviation equals to or less than 10 prism diopters 5.Best corrected visual acuity of both eyes equal to or better than 20/30.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Range of ocular duction less than 80 prism diopters 2.Angle kappa 3.Eccentric fixation 4.Anterior segment eye abnormalities 5.Restrictive or paralytic strabismus 6.Nystagmus 7.Neurological underlying disease 8.Unable to cooperate / noncommunicative patients
