Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sedentary or sitting behaviour average more than 8 hours 10.6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caution in The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) Vision problem Exercise more than 150 minute/week

muscle endurance before and after 6 week of training by using 60-second chair stand test and YMCA half sit up test,muscle strength before and after 6 week of training by using back and leg dynamometer,body composition before and after 6 week of training by using body fat percentage,flexibility before and after 6 week of training by using sit and reach test,agility before and after 6 week of training by using zig-zag run test
