Inclusion criteria: sedentary or sitting behaviour average more than 8 hours 10.6
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Caution in The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) Vision problem Exercise more than 150 minute/week
