18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age between 18 and 75 years; (2) self-reported abstinence from smoking for at least one week; (3) have an active Whatssup account; (4) have an access to the internet.(5) could read and speak Arabic fluently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are suffering from psychiatric diseases such as severe depression or psychosis will be excluded
