Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cerebral palsy Aged 1-7 years old GMFCS 2-4 Caregiver can be read and write in Thai. No exclusion criteria Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical conditions unstable : Intractable epilepsy within the last 3 months History of admit >2 times within the last 1 year Dyspnea due to cardiovascular or others conditions Fracture within the last 6 months Have interventions within the last 6 months or plan of interventions during study : Orthopedic surgery, Chemodenervation Deafness, Blindness
