Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -children age between 30days to 15 years who admitted in PICU,King chulalongkorn memorial hospital -Diagnosis severe sepsis or septic shock(definition by SCCM 2012 criteria) -PELOD-2 score >/= 10 or PRISM-3 scores >/=15 - need vasopressor or inotropic drug >/=1 type
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -patient with end of life care -polymyxin allergy -contraindication for anticoagulation(uncontrolled bleeding, platelets<30,000)
